I know Animal Pak won the Multi-Vitamin of the year award for the past several years, all the way until 2005. As far as supplements go for strength trainers and bodybuilders, I don’t think much beats Animal Pak for an overall improvement of muscle mass, strength, as well as performance.

musclemilk.jpgThis week I’m reviewing CytoSport Muscle Milk after just polishing off my last serving of my 5lb tub. This is the first time I’ve tried Muscle Milk, so I’m going to give you my thoughts on the product and the experiences I had with it.

Background information on me, I’ve been training for 8 years and am in my bulking phase. I’m taking in 3,400 calories per day, and training with a 4 day split. Other supplements I use are creatine monohydrate, Udos EFA blend, dextrose and casein protein.

noxplode.jpgI’ve always been a total skeptic when it came to supplements. There is so much hype around, before and after pictures of people who do the seemingly impossible and transform their body in 8 weeks, bodybuilding posing for supplements etc etc!

So when I first heard about nitric oxide supplements, I didn’t even bother trying them. What the companies were claiming simply looked too good to be true. So I kicked back, and waiting for loads of other people to try it see what they said.
