Hi guys (or girls!)
I just wanted to write in and say that I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to supplements, especially fat loss supplements. I have tried many supplements before and none of them did much, I just put the weight back on. It wasn’t until I read something on this site that the way I used supplements changed, and I’m in much better shape for it! On one of your pages you said “use this supplement with a good diet and exercise program or you won’t get results”. This is what the manufacturers don’t tell you! They make it seem like you can just pop a pill and the weight will drop off!
So this time I did it differently. I got mu diet and exercise sorted out first, then when I was ready I added some supplements to help me train longer and lose weight faster. I ended up getting animal cuts (read our animal cuts reviews) after reading some more reviews on this site. Animal cuts was great for energy and my weight loss. I have been losing consistently for 13 weeks now and am getting close to my first goal. I feel better, and have a totally different approach to weight loss.

It’s good to get email like that sometimes, seeing people getting some good results. Take home lesson here, you’ll get the best results from most supplements if you back them up with a solid training and diet program. If you have the “pop a pill” attitude, you’re destoned to fail.
