    CELL RUSH – Not sure what to expect,..It was tuff to tell each indivdually,..didnt know if it was the CELL RUSH or the combination of all the sups. that gave me the intensity to keep swole through my workout and well beyiond to the next day,… scale: 8 out a 10

    This stuff is awesome! I used it post-workout in conjunction with Nytric EFX. I feel that it noticeably enhanced my recovery ability. The taste was different at first, but it grew on me and I even began to look forward to it after my workouts.

    Taste=orange grit. Feeling=tingling all over your face and neck. This is just creatine and beta-alanine. It was $10 for a 1 month supply at the Arnold Classic so I gave it a ten for value. I would’nt pay much more than that considering it only has creatine and beta-alanine. It gives the worst beta rush. Which if you’ve never experienced before its like you just walked through poison ivy and took to much caffiene. And its extremely gritty. You need some gum after you take it to clean your mouth out. Overall I did’nt like it and I wouldn’t by it again even for $10 bucks. Skip this one.
