EFX pro is an awesome product. My muscle volume was great during my lifts every time i used it. Helped me focus well too. I wish there was more caffeine in it, as i have had to switch to morning workouts. Sometimes had to drink a cup of coffee to get the energy i wanted. Overall worth every penny you pay for it.

EFX Pro gave me no noticable advantages over creatine monohydrate. I ran a full two bottles, and did not see any additional strength or size gains. I would say EFX Pro works THE SAME as creatine mono, but not better as it’s claimed
