I’ve been using this product for 7 weeks now and I can’t say this stuff has work all that great for me. I’ve noticed some gains and put on some muscle, but the results were not as good as I expected. On a postive note there were absolutely no side effects. This is the third creatine product I’ve tried. The others being straight Mono and superpump 250. superpump 250 did nothing for me! I found out all three the Monohydrate worked the best for me.

tried this stuff out as it was marketed as being better then old school monohydrate. I guess it does help relieve some of the soreness from doms but I miss the swelled up feeling of monohydrate. Gonna go back to the good ole fashion monohydrate powder after I finish off this bottle.

I ran a 5-week sponsored log taking All-American EFX’s Kre-Alkalyn. Before that, I hadn’t had any creatine products for a few months. I had been used to creatine monohydrate when I did take creatine. I liked this higher-grade creatine and thought I got good boosts in energy and stamina. I was running a high-volume bodybuilding program in the time I took KA pro, and I was really pleased with the increase in stamina especially, as I noted in my log. I think this stacks up well with Creatine Monohydrate and worked just as well if not better.

Good stuff. I took the recommended dosage that i found from their website and I am pleased with what it did. Creatine helps with extra storage of ATP which your cells mitochondria make. So i found it to be helpful to push those extra reps out and no bloating from them either.

I didn’t notice anything while taking this product. I have had much better results with SizeON from Gaspari and Regular old creatine monohydrate. Just stick to what’s proven and don’t waste your money on this

This product is amazing. I play college football and need to get bigger. I was never a creatine kind of guy but it helps to know how safe it is. Unlike monohydrates it doesn’t leave you bloated or in need of cycling. The dosage is very reasonable especially given that I hate taking pills. I put about 5 pounds of muslce on within my first 2 thru 3 weeks of use. This product will not put massive size on you quick and easy because it is not a monohydrate. But as long as you continue to work it will put the size on that you want.
