So I’m getting pretty sick of all those freaking pills. It’s almost a whole meal. Does anyone have another multi to suggest?

This is a buffet of vitamins and minerals. It has everything AND the kitchen sink. Animal Pak has so much nutrients you might think its overkill. It turns you piss bright yellow and it is alot of horse pills. But it works plain and simple. Great multi-vitamin and pretty cheap too! Just make sure to drink lots of water. Can;t go wrong with this one. Has anyone tried Anavite by Gaspari???

Excellent multivitamin. I credit these as part of a daily routine of eating properly and exersizing that kept me being one of the very few around here to not get the swine flu virus. Don’t let the amount of “pills” in a pack intimidate you. Make sure you drink lots of water or you will see flourescent yellow when you expell your liquids.

I have tried SO many vitimans and this is my 2nd favorite. I have noticed it helps in alot of ways. I like that it not only supplies me with all my vitiman needs but that it has alot of extras to benefit me in even more ways. There are just a few though that MHP Athlete Sport has that this doesen’t. Also I dont like having to swallow so many. I would reccomend this to just about anyone except I would stick to taking 1 pack a day instead of 2 (just my personal opinion).

Nothing compares to animal pak. People should quit comparing Animal pak to supermarket multivitamins because it really is much more than that. It seems like a lotto swallow (11 pills), but you soon get used to it. Along with whey protein and creatine it should be a supplement staple, 5 stars!

Animal Pak works wonders. I take only one pack in the morning and I maintain a consistently high level of energy for the entire day – even on workout days. I rate it a 10 because it does what is advertised and still exceeded my expectations. The level of alertness I get is comparable to that from some pre-workout supplements but without the wired feeling or increased heart rate.

Excellent multi-vitamin pack. Complete and pre-packaged for daily dosing. I take one dose each day. Usually in the mornings if I’m not taking a shake for breakfast. I have a full amino acid profile in my protein already, don’t want to waste them! Otherwise, I take them with my next to the last meal of the day. The only reason I rated them as a 9 is some of the pills are large and have to be swallowed one at a time. I will definitely keep using this product.

Of the research I’ve done and reviews I’ve read, this is by far the most complete multi-vitamin training pack you can buy. It isn’t much fun devouring about 10 pills (some of them huge) every morning, but I think it’s really helped me in the gym and throughout the day. In any event, it’s providing my body with the nutrients it needs on a daily basis, and that’s really what it’s all about. I’d give it a 10 if they could find a way to either make the pills smaller or fewer in number.
