noxplode.jpgI’ve always been a total skeptic when it came to supplements. There is so much hype around, before and after pictures of people who do the seemingly impossible and transform their body in 8 weeks, bodybuilding posing for supplements etc etc!

So when I first heard about nitric oxide supplements, I didn’t even bother trying them. What the companies were claiming simply looked too good to be true. So I kicked back, and waiting for loads of other people to try it see what they said.

After about a year, I went online and started to research NO2 products to see what people had started saying. Surprisingly, most of the reviews were positive. So I did a bit more research on about 10 brands of nitric oxide supplements and from what I read, and the price, No-Xplode was the best (and cheapest) option.

My Experiences With NO-Xplode:

I now consider myself a seasoned user of No-Xplode. I have been using it for 8 months, and am on my 6th tub.

When I first open the packet it said I have to “measure my tolerance” by start off with just 1 scoop (you can take 1-3 per dose). So I only took 1 scoop, with about 250ml of water. Tasted pretty good. I then headed off to the gym (you should be taking NO-Xplode 30-45mins before your workout).

Half way to the gym (I walk) I was starting to feel a sudden energy burst…it was a weird feeling, suddenly I really, really wanted to train. Got to the gym, I was chest/biceps day. Felt some pretty decent pumps and could notice my veins were larger than usual. But the main thing I noticed was the increase in energy. I powered through my session, and still felt like I had a bit more in me at the end.

Not bad so far.

Second session, I decided to take 2 scoops to see how that would go. I was training back and triceps and got some incredible pumps (esp on tricep kickbacks! - done slowly). I have never felt so tight. Awesome feeling. Huge amount of energy too.

So I continued with this dosage amount for about 3 weeks, plus taking 1 scoop on non-training days as recommended on the label. But by the end of the 4th week I was starting to lose the effects. I didn’t have as much energy wasn’t getting the huge pumps like on week 1. So I took 2 weeks off it.

2 weeks later, and the week 1 results were back. This time I decided not to take it on non-training days. I think this was a good move because I was getting much more out of it for a longer time. This time I took it for 6 weeks straight. After the 6 weeks was up, I went off it for 2 weeks.

I think I found a good cycle. I would have 2 scoops before training only. I did not take it on non-training days. Then after 6 weeks on NO-Xplode, I would take 2 weeks off. This is the cycle I have used for the last 8 months.

My Recommendations:

I was a total skeptic, but I’ve kind of done a u-turn on NO-Xplode. I have been using it with huge success for the past 8 months. I recommend that you don’t take it on training days, and you cycle it every 5-8 weeks. This will stop you from building up a tolerance and you’ll get much more out of it.

Give NO-Xplode a shot. Good luck with your training and reaching your goals!

I’ve also heard a lot of mixed reviews on NO-Xplode and other NO2 products. Thanks for the honest review. I may just have to give this a try sometime. Did you find any residual effects when you weren’t using it? Or did everything just go back to normal when you were off the cycle?

Just to let you guys (and girls) know, there is no point of taking no-explode on non-training days. Its a waste and it makes your body built a tolerance a lot faster…

I had been taking 2 scoops of NO-Xplode only on workout days, along with Cellmass for approximately 16 weeks (over the recommended 12 weeks), and I noticed I wasn’t experiencing the initial effects, so I am cycling for 4 weeks, and then starting over again.

I too, believe there is no good reason to take NO on off-days, because there’s no need for more energy/pumps on off-days. I suggest taking Cellmass at it’s recommended dose (1 dose right after workout, 1 dose 6 hours after that). and taking 2 on off days as well (same pattern 6 hours apart). This soaks your muscles in creatine which is what you need to recover instead of NO.

I’ve been taking no explode for about two years now and love the results. However, I have also developed health issues such as high blood pressure, dizziness and a severe kidney infection. I would not recommend this product.

I just bought my first jug of n.o. xplode, and the results are AMAZING!!! after about 15 minutes of taking it i feel this rush of energy and focus run through my whole body. My strength instantly went up, plus the pumps are insane. would definetly recommend for anyone who wants instant strength and an insane pump.

As reading reviews it seems like people who have used it for a long time (ex 2 years) experience really bad side effects. I am on this product but i think after i finish the first tub ill take a few weeks off then start again to avoid any severe side effects. I do suffer from minor headaches n a lil bit of insomnia but nothing to severe
