New Brand To Look Out For: Muscle Gauge Nutrition

A new brand is about to hit the supplement market, and this is definitely one to watch out for if you like cheap, high quality protein powders. The new brand is called Muscle Gauge.
I am told from an insider that Muscle Gauge’s products will be the same awesome powders as All The Whey, but even cheaper! Make sure you keep an eye out on the Muscle Gauge page on Muscle and Strength, where the new powders will be released first!
I am pretty excited about this after recently switching my protein powder of choice to Muscle Gauge. I was an ON for years until I found that you can get a pure WPI powder for cheaper than their blend. Not only that, in my opinion the taste is even better! I thought you couldn’t get much better than Chocolate ON Gold Standard, but it seems you can.
Anyway, word has it that the new Muscle Gauge powders will be on sale by this weekend. Definitely keep an eye on this page.

MET-RX Creatine Powder Review

Today I’m reviewing MET-RX’s pure creatine powder. I have been trialling MET-RX’s pure creatine monohydrate for 8 weeks now and am going to share some of my thoughts on it.
It’s often hard to review creatine monohydrate powders, because the products are really similar to each other. I have used 4 different creatine monohydrate powders over the past 12 months and have had great results from all of them. So what sets them apart?
