I Live in turkey and purchased elite. It’s nice. Bur it’s expensive in turkey. about 95 US Dollars. because of tax I think. I have look at a lot of forums. Everbody is pleased with it. My friend is doctor and he says “casein and whey in one is effective for muscle.” It’s usefull product.

good supplement for women …not very effective for heavy duty trainer or a body builder …but would say its good if some one is using as additional diet but make sure u need some more protein along with that …i would say 3 scoop per day for normal body weight with some natural protein……

mixing is a bit difficult, you need a shaker or something like that. ive been lazy and just dump a scoop into a water bottle after ive drunk about half then shake it up which works ok but youll get a chunk of straight powder every so often. as far as how well it works… this is the first protein ive tried so i cant give you a comparative view but im in first year of college and just started using it and i can tell the difference between when i was in high school and working out everyday for 3 sports teams (wrestling rugby weightlifting) and now when i work out 3 days a week. im already back up to my old maxes after 3-4weeks of lifting after taking 8 or so months off from laziness/broken wrist.

The first time I opened this I could smell it across the room. It smells so good, so I though if it smelled that good then it has to taste good. So I took my first serving and BAM! it was good. I love this taste of this mixed with a little peanut butter. Its almost like I am cheating on my diet. This also has a good bit of ammino acids and at 24g of pritien per serving and 35$ per pound, it is one of the best protiens on the market. I forgot to mention it mixes in anything. I mixed it in just a plain water bottle, crappy shake and in some oats. Very fine powder and easily disolves very easily.

This is a decent protein. The man who owns my gym recommended it because of its “Ion Exchange” but I did not notice any difference with it than any other protein. I really dislike the taste, but if I add peanut butter it is not so bad. The good side it is cheaper than most brands, and it is pretty lean.

This is an okay protein powder, i did not like this because of the clumps and very minimal strength gain. It is also quite pricey in Canada. However it has many flavours and 24 grams of protein and very low in carbs which is good. Overall i would not reccomend it.

It has a decent taste nothing special. It mixes o.k. put it in a blender though it makes it much better. However, cant complain it’s still a great deal and would def buy it again.

Mixes well in water or milk, and went down easy. The Cafe Mocha flavor was really good to me at first but down the stretch of the 5 lb tub I started to get tired of it. I also noticed that although it mixed well, there were little white pieces that wouldn’t mix, not sure what they were. All in all though I was happy and the Dymatize stuff is a great value. I will buy again.
