Overall great product! I used both Size-On and Size-On Pre-contest, they are both great products. I have read several negative reviews on other websites, complaining of stomach pains and a bloated feeling, however I never once experienced this. Great muscle builder, and it helped me retain my size as I leaned out.

I’m training for my first show in Nov and I use pump250 and just started using sizeOn Pre-Contest. I must say my definition has become very noticeable and my workouts have enhanced greatly.
My only question is, Can I mix Sizeon with PoweradeZero or ONLY with water???

Grape flavor tastes great, fruit punch not very good…fruit punch is the easiest flavor for a supp maker to pull of, don’t know what Gaspari couldn’t do it with this one. I think lilke usualy with Gaspari they have made a very high quality product, but slapped a very high price tag on it. If you can afford to buy it, definitely get sizeon pre contest as it will give you solid results, but if you’re low on cash you could get by with a cheaper but comparable product

Honestly i think Gaspari over did it just alittle on the sweetness on the this product but that doesnt bother me at all. its better then the old size on and it even mixes completely.Im getting really good results with this produt and can definitely feel its effects.
