Most lifts increased and LBM increased by 3lbs (no fat increase). If you're expecting pro hormone like effects you're in for a surprise, because you won't get anywhere near that. But for an OTC natural product Natadrol is solid. I would recommended to those who don't want to take PHs I just finished a full cycle of Natadrol and got about average gains from it.
