Massive growth is basically a rip off of jack3d, except with more of the ingredients! Compare the nutritional labels! I have tried both and massive growth is definitely teh better product…not for teh faint hearted though, wouldn’t recommend for your first pre workout supp, it’s heavy stuff. I can’t take any more than 1.5 scoops, and I was doing 3 on jacked

My skin went all red and itchy from this…i did not get this on jacked. The itchyness and redness was too much to deal with so I didnt even finish it off. Superpump is the best pre workout….id stick with that

Great pre workout supp, lemon just tastes like flat sprite. I got no negative sides, lots of energy and about the same pumps as similar products like jacked. Energy kept up for ages…I wouldn’t recommend taking within a good 6-8 hours of sleep time

Absolutely amazing amount of energy from this. Got flushed for about half an hour with some tingling in my arms and neck, but that went away. Great pumps and good energy right through my weights routine and post workout cardio. I got more energy than Jack3d on this stuff
