It worked well you can definitely feel the focus but you always have to take 3 scoops if not it does no do much. Regarding the pump you do get a energy rush with no tingling skin sensation, not like with No Shotgun which make you feel like ants are crawling on your skin. The only bad thing is that this product made me take strait up liquid blue stools for all the time i took it, and that sucked but SuperPump does work, I’m hearing good stuff about Jack3d so I’m trying that next tho.

Superpump…Another ripp off from Rich Gaspari did not feel a thing from this ..nothing not a thing ….I bet i could sell dirt if i told people it would build muscle mass.Hes stuff is sooooo sweet it was hard to get down.I tryed the whole thing to give it a fair shot .And again nothing ,i will not buy anything again from Gaspari ,ITS a shame all we want is something that works ,thats all not asking for the world.And not just this co. but alot of them are just ripp offs.Some thing should be done about being aloud to ripp people off like this …..

I feel great when I take it before a weight training routine. It definitely gave me pumps and energy. I did have to cycle it. I can take it for about three weeks then switch to something else for a few weeks. I do however not recommend it before any high endurance cardio workout. I have tried it about three times and it made me sick every time. Throwing up, severe headaches, and stomach pains.

I take sp 250 and size on and i get huge energy boosts with them. together they are the best supps money can buy. gained 10 lbs. in two weeks.

Not a happy camper with this supplement it sent me to the hospital and I didnt even go near the recommended dosage. 1 scoop with 8oz of water, did that later in the day with a high protein diet where you eat every three hours I collapsed, threw up didnt experience the runs but still feel very week and it was only my 3rd time on it, Great taste etc. Didnt give me no focus of extra pumps, I am a pro heavy weight Boxer and I do not recommend it to anyone who does the same training..

Love this product! Jack3d, NO Shotgun and Super Pump 250 are the best. Super Pump works great, taste ok considering its a preworkout and works really well. No pissing or shiting just hard pumps. A little foamy but not bad. Give it a shot.

I’ve been taking SuperPump for thre weeks. I use this product befor I do my Insanity dvd workouts. Gives me great energy and seems to really help push me towards the end of my workout. I feel my body is starting to adapt to it and Im thinking of increasing to 3 scoops. No bad side effects so far just not a big fan of its taste or how well it mixes. Super happy with the results its given me in cardio and strength but thinking about trying out Anadraulic State GT. Please give feed back on both.

This stuff made me sick to my stomach and I felt nothing. I gave the rest of the tub to my friend and he threw it out after trying it once. This stuff is terrible.
