This is the only testosterone booster I’ve tried that had a definite effect on my strength increases. I felt a definite change in the gym, more aggression and focus. I got stronger, faster. I am 29 yrs old and have been lifting for 5 years.
I tried this product for 4 weeks and here’s what i found:
Strength: first week nothing, last 3 weeks noticable increases in strength.
Weight gain: more than without it.
Mood: No changes.
Sleep: much better and deeper sleeps (I’ve always had trouble sleeping)
Overall: I think it’s worth it. I had noticable strength and weight increases, no real mood changes and I slept better. I didn’t expect much, so I guess it met my expectations.
From what I’ve read the older you are the more this product will work for you. I am 36 and found it gave me increased aggression, better sleep, more lean muscle growth and an overall feeling of being “more ripped”.
