Its been 5 days so far and lost 5 pounds already. Great energy no crash after. I recommend 2 per serving twice a day for good results. Make sure you eat 30-45 min after or you will feel sick. Great stuff!!!
This pills have work for me!, I am 5′9″ was 190 after 2 weeks am 175. You do have to eat like clock work at 25 to 30 min if not you will trow up! between 3 pills 2 times a day and 3 scoops of no explode I can do 3 hours of cardio non stop and have lift foe 4 hours at the end of work out I fell like I did not do anything!, remember not everybody reacts the same to anything, this pills simply r not for everybody!, I recomend them but is up to the individual to c if they will work on him. take care guys!
Solid product so far. I’ve only used it a few times now. Started with 2 pills which had a slight affect, increased energy and suppressed appatite for about 3-5 hours. Just a little jittery but not too bad. Tiny bit of nausuea, but nothing major.
I dont like that it suggests you take it on an empty stomach but it seems neccessary. Took it after a small meal and the affects were less.
I’ll probably go to 3 pills next time to see if the energy is better. I take this mainly befor workouts for that extra drive.
I didn’t get a lot out of it…took it exactly as recommended on the label. I felt a sllight increase in energy, but nothing more than you can get from a coffee or energy drink. I did lose weight while taking it, but no where near what I was expecting. I’ll be trying a different fat burner product next time
This stuff works!! This is my second round of cutting before a show and I have used Atro to move the last bit of fat that is the most hardest to move for most people. I can get down to about 8% without the need for Atro, but getting that last 4% is extremely hard to do without a lot of muscle loss. Atro has worked very well twice for me now to get my fat % to competition level. I recommend it for sure, but you have to put the work in exercise wise to get anything out of it. I do cardio 6 days a week and weight 4 days coming up to a show.
Took this product as recommended and it did really nothing for me.
stay away this stuff put me in the hospital. took one pill for a week and my wife thought i was on crack. then uped to 2 pills one day and was going insane thought i was gonna die. couldnt eat or concentrate shaking couldnt breath called 911 thought i was going to die. will never use again. i have never had a reaction like that!!!!
use lipo 6 instead that help get me shredded
stuff is great, ive taken 2 full boxes over the reccommended time period, ive taken a break for a few weeks, now im restarting a new box, so far, ive lost 19 lbs. the only other change i made was no more unhelathy drinks..and 4 capsules twice daily, and so far ive recorded 19 lbs on the scale, real energy gain i started off running a mile a day, and after a full box i was running 4 miles a day. definetely less hungry…i will continue use of this product until results simply stop
I am on my second box during a 12 week cut cycle. I started @ 230 in FEB and am now down to 205. Probably on of the best appetite suppressors I have used. Only the old stackers w/ephedra has beat it. I concur with most of the positive comments previously stated. They are correct about needing to eat on time after taking this product. But if you are serious about losing fat you are already doing this. No real side effects that I noticed. I had huge amounts of energy but I also preloaded before workouts with an NO product. GREAT FAT BURNER will use again!
