Manufacturer Says:
We have responded to customer demand and the result: Green MAGnitude… Creatine with attitude. If you want to increase your stamina in the gym and gain size and strength, Green MAGnitude is the right choice for you. If you want similar results in convenient capsule form, we recommend Green Bulge. Either way, you are getting a full dose of patented Magnesium Creatine Chelate that has been clinically proven to increase strength. Green MAGnitude is the most advanced powder creatine matrix ever to reach the market and one of the first creatine products on the market to combine Magnesium Creatine Chelate (a patented form of creatine), with Dicreatine Malate (creatine bound with Malic Acid) to deliver synergistic benefits you can actually feel working during your workout.
Magnesium Creatine Chelate and Dicreatine Malate are important during both anaerobic and aerobic workouts and are involved in the efficient production and utilization of ATP. This key combination also has oxygen-sparing effects and helps optimize mitochonddrial function to directly and indirectly “boost energy” during your workout or cardio session. As a bonus, when combined with Betaine Anhydrous, this potent combination may also help neutralize lactic acid build-up indirectly, and signal the body to use oxygen to burn fat as fuel. Taurine, Betaine Anhydrous, and Tyrosine have a wide variety of physiological and metabolic functions and were added to Green MAGnitude for potent volumizing, antioxidant, ergogenic, and cognitive benefits.

I have been training for 6 years and have been taking creatine monohydrate for 4 years. I thought I’d give magnesium creatine a shot. Here’s my ratings after taking it for 9 weeks.
Taste: 10/10. It tastes like you’re drinking a candy drink!
Mixability: 8/10. You have to give it a very good stir through or shaker.
Effectiveness: 10/10. My usual bulking goal it 1 pound per week. When I started using magnesium creatine I was easily getting 1.5-2 pounds per week.
Price: 7/10. It is more expensive than creatine monohydrate so I gave it a 7 for price, but the extra weight gains are worth the extra cash IMHO.
Overall: 9/10. It’s a good all round creatine product, I got better than usual gains, it tastes good and mixed well. I’ll def be using it again.
Huge difference over regular creatine!!! I was on this stuff for 10 weeks and I gained 26 pounds in bodyweight!! I have tried creatine before but it has never worked as good as this did!! If you wanna get some muscle on your body definitely try this stuff!!!
Didn’t notice any difference in gains compared to using creatine monohydrate, the only difference was there was no bloating or dehydration and the price
TASTE: 10/10
All right folks, there’s no beating around the bush with this one. Tank worked hard to get the flavors right and when he tasted the production batch, he assured us that taste was not compromised. Whew! Damn skippy. This stuff is GOOD. People have been known to eat this stuff raw or make popsicles out of it. I think that it’s best with 500ml of cold water. But if you take a scoop of Purple Wraath, a scoop of Green MAG and mix them in a liter of water is tastes amazing. I was loving this concoction.
ECONOMY: 10/10
Green MAGnitude is incredibly economical. There’s a suggested 80 straight, one-scoop servings but it definitely goes a lot longer than that. It took me about two and a half months to exhaust this, and I was using a full scoop which we now know is a little overdosed. I took half scoops on off-days usually during- or post- cardio too. Not to mention, I’m sure my little brothers and maybe a couple of friends “helped themselves” to some because we’re just like that. Green MAGnitude costs about $35 USD, so this is not bad at all. I’m going to be using it in my post-cycle therapy in a few months. I’m VERY confident in this product.
MIXABILITY: 9/10 (boyscouT kept debating about this one )
I never had a problem with this. boyscouT kept saying that he would end up with granules that just wouldn’t disappear, and it was assumed that it’s probably some tyrosine that didn’t dissolve. Well, I encountered this but simply adding a bit more water helped to get rid of it all. Lukewarm water also makes this mix instantly, so there’s really no problem. You don’t have to rinse out your bottle or glass after to make sure you’ve consumed a full serving. I just put it in a bottle, shook it for about 5 seconds and I was out the door.
EFFECTIVENESS: 10/10!!!!!
People are going to start assuming that I’m a shill or a kiss-ass. Well, sorry brothers but I love this shit! Most notably I managed to Incline DB Press the 90lb dbs 6 times, Squat 315lbs for 5 reps, Deadlift 335lbs for 3 reps (while attempting a 1 rep max), and got my Flat Bench back to 225lbs. I’m not the most impressive person in the gym, but I was incredibly happy to be running into new personal records every time I stepped in the gym. I really cannot complain. My endurance was just crazy, and my strength would not stop surpassing my expectations. I consistently lifted more each time I stepped in the gym. I couldn’t ask for more.
Very effective creatine product. With the right training program and nutrition you’ll get some serious gains taking it. A word of warning though, don’t take it with ZMA. It’s too much magnesium and you’re likely to feel sick and spend some time hugging the toilet bowl!
Don’t take magnitude with ZMA!!! I did and it felt like I had the plague for 3 days!
IMHO magnesium creatine is far superior to both creatine monohydrate and creatine ethyl ester. I have tried all 3 types of creatine and mag creatine has given me the best results by far. Creatine monohydrate does not get absorbed well, makes you bloated and causes dehydration for hours. CEE is way to expensive for what it is, if you’re using it constantly is you’ll spend more money on it than you would all your other supplements combined!! Magnitute is good value for money (lasts a few monthss), mixes and tastes good and gets better results. It’s a no brainer.
