Tried Milk and Oats the other week, love it. Got the blueberry flavor, tastes awesome and takes about 20 seconds to prepare. A am going to make this my regular breakfast from now on, I can’t get up in the morning to cook up anythign decent so this pretty much gives me what I need.

Tastes good, but a bit on the pricey side

Whoever thought up of this needs a medal. It’s genius. At last a quick bfast option that’s not designed for weight loss or low calorie. Solid nutritional content with protein from muscle milk, fibers, complex carbs etc. I have tried the banana walnut, wasn’t too keen on that. I am going to give the blueberry a shot, another batch is on it’s way..

I have been using MM and oats for a snack/meal replacement for a few months now. It’s good to get some “real food” into you, rather than a meal replacement shake I think. Protein bars are too sweet as well, so this is a better replacement. My only issue is the cost, it’s more expensive that a powder meal replacement. I score it at a 8.5/10. Aside from the price, pretty much top marks.

Blah, just make your own breakfast — get up 10 mins earlier!!

@Lazzzzy - if you’re going to post something, make it worthwhile!

Anyway, I have tried pretty much every flavor of this stuff and here’s how I rank em:

    1. Maple & Brown Sugar
    2. Blueberries ‘N Creme
    3. Breakfast Cocoa
    4. Apple Cinnamon
    5. Banana Walnut

Hope that helps anyone who can’t decide what flavor to get!!

Got something to say?
