I tried Nitro-Tech about a month ago and I am on my way to my second tub. One of the things that is very important to me is TASTE. I’ve read mixed reviews, but I decided to take a stab at it anyway. This stuff tastes Good (Strawberry), and it mixes well. Add more liquid if it’s too thick for you. For maximum results, it says to take 2 scoops 3X a day. I’m not that serious yet, so I’ve only taken 2 scoops a day. My strength has increased and I my muscles have hardened. A few weeks ago, I was barely Squatting 275 lbs. for 5 reps. Now, I am squatting 315 lbs. and could have gone higher. I was on another protein, but this has taken me to a higher level. I’m on my way to the second tub.
Tastes good but makes me fart!!
So far i had pretty good results with muscletech and i’ve been taking their supplements for a while, just got some NaNo Vapour and WOW!! great stuff.. but on the topic of Nitro Tech, i have been taking the protien faithfully for the past month and a half and knoticed about 7 pounds ive gained and my strength increased dramatically.. my bench went up from 210 to 245 Deffinatly reccomend if you can afford it!!
I have used this stuff before and I’ll use it again. It’s not my regular protein powder for one reason, it’s too expensive. IMHO, it is the best whey protein powder on the market but I’m not willing to pay extra for it.
I thought I’d give Nitro-tech a try and I am nearly finished my 4lb tub so I thought I’d give my review:
Taste: 10/10 (tastes great)
Mixability: 7/10 (need a good shake!)
Texture/aftertaste: 9/10
Ingredients: 8/10
Effectiveness: 7/10
Overall: 8.5/10
I liked it. Tasted good, mixes pretty good and doesn’t leave a chalky aftertaste like some protein powders do. I’ll be getting it again.
If you dig through all the hype and read the labels you’ll see that MuscleTech does make solid products. It’s just a pity they are so expensive…
I have been using protein powders for a quite awhile and have found nitro-tech to be my favorite. Although it is expensive, the MuscleTech company makes great products and as the label explains, nitro-tech is much much better than other whey products due to the nitrogen retension ability. Besides total meal replacements, all I buy in the protein area is Nitro-Tech Hardcore.
The one thing that makes nitro tech different to other protein powders is that for some reason it mixes really well with my Udo’s Oil (essential fat oil)! So if you use Udo’s you might wanna give it a shot.
One more thing triple chocolate milkshake is really a kick ass flavor…it literally tastes like a milkshake. Makes downing 3 shakes a day pretty easy
I got some good gains on the cell-tech and nitro-tech stack
This is by far the worst protien powders out in the market. The taste of the Strawberry flavor is horrible(1 out of 5). It also does not mix well with water , milk, or even skim milk(1 out of 5). The only possitive about the product is that it only has 110 calories per scoop.
