I’ve been using 100% Whey Protein for weight loss for 1 year. In that time I’ve lost 60 lbs. I’m 44 years old 6′2″ and I weighed 280 lbs and now weight 220 lbs. I’ve had my weight stable at around 220 for 5 months. I got off blood pressure medication, stopped taking pain medications for my back and I feel great. Now I eat what I want but smaller portions and include 2 protein drinks per day. If I see my weight creeping up I eat one good meal a day stay away from any snacks and have 3 or 4 of the protein drinks. It works like a charm for me. I think this stuff may have saved my life or at least make the rest of my life much better.
I like ON, they’re a no BS brand (unlike some others *cough* muscletech *cough*). The whey protein tastes awesome, rocky road is the best flavor by far. Mix it in with some simple carbs after your workout and it tastes even better. I tried about 6 other protein powders before this, and I’ve never looked back…2 years I’ve been on it, great results.
