ZMA is one of teh cheapest supplements that will make the most differences in your gains and workouts if you’re over 28. Once you hit 28 your test levels start to drop. People over 28 wil benefit most from ZMA. I am 35 and I noticed definite signs of increased testosterone, and benefitted from other side effects like getting a longer and seemingly deeper sleep. I gain more weight when I am on it…I’m note sure if it’s down to better sleep patterns or increase test levels. Overall, it’s cheap, natural and has only good effects. Definitely recommend it for ppl looking to get bigger.

unbelievable I am ex minor league ball player, and college baseball coach now, This stuff put me on the same pace I had been in my competitive days as a player

My experiences with ZMA is the effects can vary from person to person. I manage a gym and talk to a lot of guys that have taken it. Some swear by it, others report nothing. Teens will probably not benefit from it as much because their bodies are still changing and testosterone levels are very high naturally.

If you have any trouble sleeping and want to accelerate your recovery, this is perfect. I sleep like I am in a coma and can definitely say I am less sore after grueling workouts. Great product I will always use!

Whether or not ON’s ZMA actually raises testosterone levels is very, very debatable. The question should be does it help build muscle? And the answer is yes. Yes because it fills nutritional gaps created by intense weight training, and yes because no one will argue that it does help you sleep better which in itself could help in muscle repair and growth. At the end of the day, it’s going to be one of the cheapest supplements you’ll buy so try it for yourself!

I have been trying Optimum’s ZMA for 7 weeks now and I’ve only has positive effects. I have more energy, I “feel” stronger when I’m training and I don’t feel tired when I get up even though I am sleeping the same amount. I haven’t gained much more muscle than without it, but definitely feel better for it

I didn’t get much out of this…no noticeable strength or gains workout wise. I did sleep like a baby every single night though!

After 5 years of chronic insomnia I decided to try ZMA on a lark. Two things happened: My insomnia disappeared within 2 days and has not returned. My strength has taken a jump with my bench going up about 15% in the last 7 weeks for no reason that I can attribute it to. The latter may be due to the fact that I’m sleeping now or perhaps it is increased test levels. Either way, this supplement worked for me very well and I have stocked up before the government figures out it works and bans it.

PLACEBO+THIS IS NOT A SUPPLEMENT ITS A MULTIVITAMIN
it turns out the only study that said this raises testosterone
had a shareholding in the company involved

mr anderson… Multi- Vitamins are supplements last time i checked. A square is a rectangle but a rectangle ain’t a square….Also unless that “Mr.” magically turns into “Dr.” Do your homework a little on Zinc, and ZMA “`SUPPLEMENTS”
