I have tried dozens on different types of protein/nutritional bar and the Promax bar would probably be in the top 3 for flavor and texture. Would not be a good bar for weight loss because it has too many calories but for weight gain/muscle growth it’s ideal. I take them to work for snacks and after exercises like mountain biking etc.
Every flavor tastes good except for “lemon bar”!
Taste: 7/10 - not a bad tasting bar, but not the best I’ve tasted.
Texture: 9/10 - does not have a grainy texture like some bars do. Does not crumble away either
Flavors: 10/10 - has loads available, get a multi pack if you can.
Price: 8/10 - about average on price…can get good discounts online, don’t buy these from GNC or anything like that.
Overall: 8.5/10
