I’ve tried all sorts of pre-workout formulas with descent results. Synthesize is by far the best. I take 1 scoop before and after my workouts and have seen some nice gains. Synthesize provides the purest form of protein with added free form bcaa’s and an intense creatine matrix. These key aminos must be present to fuel satellite cells which are crucial for growth. If you plan on taking this the way I do, I suggest adding glutamine to you post workout Synthesize shake. There is no miracle formula out there that’s is legal. You have to put the work in as many of you know, but this is a great product.

Tried this out, after hearing good reviews of combining it with Shotgun. Thankfully, I didn’t go ahead and get shotgun as the taste of this was absoloutely terrible. While the ingredient list did seem solid, the taste is completely off-putting. Tested with water and skim (1% Fat) milk, and in both cases the taste was horrible. Recommend that if you want to buy this, buy a different flavour, not Exotic Fruit. It tastes like the bad cough medicines.

My favorite post-workout powder. Creatine and protein together without any stimulants. Expensive, but good. Could make the taste better, but it’s not gross or anything.

After giving this product ample opportunities to perform as VPX ( VPX is a company I stand behind and have had great experience with other products)lays out both on the product label and here on bodybuilding .com, I am more than ready to contact VPX for a full refund. When I used this product per the label recommended instructions,stacking it with N.O. Shotgun v.3 my results were deflating. The label reads to use stacked with N.O. Shotgun prior to any type of athletic event or resistance training, it then proceeds to say to use during and after training. When used prior to training and during training my usual physical and mental effects of an N.O. product were diminished. My usual increased muscle pump and stronger vascular visibility was not noticeable and I actually went flat as if I had taken a few days off training. My usual mental acuteness from N.O. shotgun was totally gone and and I was unable to focus on my routine for the training period. I tried the product after training and the product once again took me into a state of a wet noodle as if I had not worked out nor taken a prework/during workout supplement. I also had a strong negative mental change as if I had consumed some artificial ingredient that went into my brain. Along with my undesirable physiological and mental effects of the product the sweetness is way over the top, it is a total sugar overload in taste, I question if an artificial type of sweetener is used causing many of my undesirable side effects from this product. I want my $$$ back *grin. however this is just a chance we take when trying new products. N.O. (what N.O. ??) SyntheSize is a total and without doubt thumbs down from this BB.

I have been using the NO Shotgun for over a year and loved it so I decided to try the synthesize. I couldn’t get this product to work at first until I talked to a buddy at the gym and he told me to take my shotgun and synthesize togeather. After I started taking them togeather and it was the most awesome pump. I will definatly continue buying this product. Taste is very sour when taking shotgun and synthesize togeather.

I think I like this product as an intra-workout product. It adds to the ability of NO Shotgun thus allowing you to get through crazy workouts. However, if you take it alone as a preworkout product, although you’ll be pumped and all of that, you might want to take a nap before going in if you’re already exhausted.

Amazing taste! could use a few more things in the blend but overall for the price it is a great supplement when stacked with NO Shotgun. Would almost buy again just for the taste. overall good product, especially if you’re on a budget.
