This powder has all of the nutrients you would look for in a weight gainer including whey and casein protein, creatine, essential fatty acids, and carbohydrates. It mixes well for me, but I use a drink mixer and a pitcher, so most powders mix well for me. The taste is good, but very sweet. Like many protein powders, this sweetness comes from zero calorie sweeteners like those found in Coke Zero. I prefer natural sweeteners

I’ve tried several weight gainers and this one is slightly better than the average. This does not mix very well at all and it always feels like I’m eating graham cracker crumbs with thick chocolate milk. Stealth works pretty well as long as you can get it down.

just started using this product and i see results fast! Excellent taste Just like a milk shake.. great for post workout..and also i wake up alot more anabolic than when i was using dymatize.

Yes, another sample pack. Gotta love expos. This is some good tasting stuff, I think from the Waxy Maize. It has a lot of carbs and an alright amount of protien. If you want to bulk up this should be a good one for you to use. It also has beta-alanine and some BCAA’s.

Nothing special about this gainer…average taste, mixes ok, average amino profile. Nothing great, but I think there are better products available

After taking True Mass and Super Mass I’d definitely stick with this. Although it makes me nauseous, and makes me feel awful, those effects are just for a while and the results are massive and lasting. All the time i feel im gaining lean mass, and not fat, like with True Mass, and of course, the trashy Dymatize thing.
