I have noticed an icreased recovery time which has allowed me to lift harder the next day! I take a spoonfull in the morning, before I workout, after the workout and one before bed along with Casein. The other great thing is how easily this powder mixes with any drink. Other glutamine products have not instantized even after vigourous stirring.
